Not only these powders have shelf lives reaching 18 months for Whole egg and 36 months for egg White but they also keep fresh egg functional properties enhancing some specificities such as Instant, High Whip, High Gel features…
Considering the significance of space and time saving in egg processing facilities, the Ovodryer® is able to process Whole, White and Yolk with the same equipment and offer an interval of 3 to 6 months between two cleanings thanks to its aseptic design avoiding powder deposits in the chamber.
