Hydrolised Wheat Protein is in the Co-Spray technique spray-dried in liquid form together with the liquid milk and liquid fat in stead of mixing in powderform with other ingredients.
Due to the usage of hydrolised wheat protein in liquid phase and spraying it together with liquid milk and liquid fat, the Co-Spray technique ensures a superior level of taste over competing products and a much higher visual quality of the end products. Milkreplacers made with the Co-Spray technique are more white in colour, give less sedimentation and assure a higher digestibility and less constipation problems.
Products with the CO-SPRAY-DRYING technique deliver a very high level of solubility and have a number of advantages over competing products for the farmer as well as the animals.
